In this respect the firm was involved in one of the major cases in Europe for seeking compensation for damages incurred to a parallel importer /Simiramida-04 LTD., Bulgaria/ by Diageo Brands B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands, holder of the Johnnie Walker trademark.
